Focusing Is Blissful Energy

While visiting a friend, I, at times, completely focused on what she was saying. My attention wasn’t on what I might say or on anything else. I felt great and sometimes blissful when I completely focused on her or on my breathing. When I focused on my breathing, my mind was quiet, so I could fully listen to her. 

As I stood up to leave, I felt this blissful energy rising up my body. It was the strongest force of blissful energy I’ve felt in a long time. My time practicing focusing had a powerful effect on me. I saw how easy it is to feel great blissful energy. The longer I focus, the stronger the good-feeling energy gets until it turns blissful.
